Acquisitions & Investment Strategy
Newcastle Properties invests primarily in major markets across the country with a current concentration in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. The portfolio encompasses more than 80 properties in 23 states from Nevada to New Hampshire. We invest in single tenant net lease (STNL), multi-tenant stabilized value add and core plus assets which typically have low downside risk profiles, but strong upside potential. We have an expectation of holding these assets for the long term. Therefore, we place high importance on the quality and location of the real estate investments we own.

Acquisitions
We have a combined 160 years of experience and a vast national network of contacts which we utilize to source acquisitions on market and off market across the country. Our team regularly networks throughout the industry, where we actively participate in trade groups such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Chicagoland Association of Shopping Centers Owners (CASCO).
Ongoing Investment
Our team provides asset management services to the properties while identifying and engaging best in class property management firms to efficiently manage our portfolio. Furthermore, we proactively supervise our property managers while providing them with annual strategic comprehensive plans to act on. Finally, we directly lease our retail and office properties while employing property specific teams to lease our multifamily assets.
